Northwest Crossing Homes – Bend, Oregon

NorthWest Crossing (NWX) is a beautifully planned, mixed use real estate Bend neighborhood on Bend Oregon’s west side.  It is only minutes from downtown Bend or travel west and you quickly reach Shelvin Park’s plentiful hiking and bike trails.

The homes in NorthWest Crossing are high quality construction, generally smaller homes with well planned square footage and varying, attractive architectural details.  Homes are reminiscent of older Bend neighborhoods, and wide, pedestrian friendly sidewalks invite neighbors to walk around the community and interact.  The single family homes are on city sized lots with smaller yard areas, but these Bend homes are close to large neighborhood parks with playgrounds and established vegetation.  Attractive townhomes are also part of the NWX development.

High Lakes Elementary is located within the NorthWest Crossing neighborhood and Summit High School is a short walk across Mt. Washington Drive.  NWX middle school students have a short bus trip along Mt. Washington Drive to Cascade Middle School.

There is no homeowners association for NorthWest Crossing, and thus, no HOA dues.  (Businesses within the NWX retail districts do belong to small associations to makecontributions for decorative lighting.)
