Gated golf community in Bend, Oregon

Broken Top is a premier, private golf community located on the west side of Bend, Oregon with homes and townhomes planned around a championship 18 hole golf course.  Beautiful mountain views are visible from many of the homes and the course, with cart and bike paths winding throughout the Broken Top neighborhood.

Located only minutes from downtown Bend, Oregon, the Athletic Club of Bend, or shopping and dining in the Old Mill district, Broken Top is in a highly desirable Bend location.  Trails into Forest Service land are also minutes away and Mt. Bachelor is a short 20 minute drive.

Broken Top boasts a 24,000 square foot members’ clubhouse with restaurant, workout facility, tennis courts, and children’s playground.  Guests check in at the Broken Top entrance with the gatehouse security staff who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

While some homes within the Broken Top community are used as vacation residences, the demographic make-up of permanent Broken Top residents is mixed.  Many home owners are retirees to the Bend area, while a large number of residents are families with young children.  Elementary age children living in Broken Top attend William Miller Elementary, middle school students enroll at Cascade Middle School and high school age students are within the Summit High School.  Broken Top is also less than a minute drive from the entrance to Seven Peaks, a private pre-kindergarten through 8th grade school.

Development of Broken Top began in the early nineties, although a number of the homes have been built in more recent years and there are still buildable lots for single family homes within the community.  Within Broken Top, there are eight separate neighborhoods, each with its own home owners’ association and dues.  These neighborhoods names and makeup are as follows:
